The first thing you learn when attending our cooking class is how to prepare the real tagliatelle Bolognese with your own hands. To do this, you will need flour, fresh eggs and your passion! You will need 1 egg for 100 gramms flour…on a wooden board…you will stir and use your hands to make a compact ball and after 15 minutes you will see the miracle happen and you will be able to cut your tagliatelle, cook them and enjoy a delicious meal with your friends. Of course the Bolognese sauce must be ready as well!
