“The red ruby”

From 1794, this family is making wine, following the historical methods combined with the new and modern technologies for the final product, the Lambrusco, that makes this “Cantina” one of the most ancient of the area of Modena. The Museum and the barrels’ storage are a perfect combination: here you can learn how the wine was produced and how it’s done today, discover the machines of the past and breathe the unique air into the wood-barrels’ storage, where wine is fermented. But not only wine: the Museum explains also how the Giacobazzi family is linked to this territory through all the sponsorships they have made… Ferrari Formula 1, cycling, volleyball and football.

At the end, you will have the opportunity of tasting few different types of wine!
